Yoga Camp is a 5-Day Consecutive Series, Monday-Friday from 7:00-8:00 am.  This class is transformational and designed as a jump start for students to discover the benefits of starting each day with a regular practice.  

Has your practice lagged over the last few years?  Do you wonder what it would be like to start each day with renewed energy?  Do you love walking, hiking, biking, paddling, and want to keep your body healthy to enjoy these summer activities?

If you said yes to any of these questions, Yoga Camp is right for you!  Committing to one or BOTH weeks of yoga and to a community of fellow yogis, gives you the impetus to get started and build momentum for practice on the mat, and for the rest of life's activiites!

This practice will:
  • Create a launchpad for a regular practice of yoga
  • Develop physical and mental fortitude to thrive
  • Leave you feeling energized for the rest of your day (and beyond)
  • Build Community with like-minded practioners
THIS WILL BE a moderate and BASIC SEQUENCE and appropriate for ALL Levels.  Participants can join in for one week OR both.  ONLINE/LIVESTREAM and in-person options available.  

Schedule:  Week 1 - July 17-21st  - 7:00-8:00 am
                        Week 2 - July 24-28th - 7:00-8:00 am

One Week Only - $70, BOTH WEEKS - $125
