For those with Iyengar yoga experience, students should be practiced in fundamental postures. Inversions such as shoulder-stand and headstand (or appropriate alternatives) are introduced and refined. The sequence of poses vary from class to class and our teachers are skilled at adapting as needed for each individual. These classes are typically active and challenging in a good way. 

Pre-requisites: Previous experience in Iyengar yoga
