All categories of poses are taught including shoulder stand and headstand as well as their variations, intermediate backhanding poses, forward extensions. Arm balances are introduced. This class is appropriate if you know how to set up props for shoulder stand, and practice headstand or its alternatives.
PROPS: mat, blocks, yoga strap, bolster, yoga chair, blankets and a dedicated wall space.
