The hips are the junction between the lower limbs of the body and the spine.  For healthy hips we need both mobility of the muscles and joints as well as strength and stability.  In this workshop, we'll explore and refine which muscles to release and where to engage.  Learn how this balance of stability and ease can lead towards balance of the hips, the sacroiliac joint and the spine.

Pre-requisites:  Recommended previous experience in Iyengar Yoga or completion of our Beginner's course.
