The hips, knees and ankles are the junctions between the lower limbs of the body and the spine. For healthy movement, we need both mobility of the muscles and joints, as well as strength and stability. Over this short series, participants will learn how to release tension, and re-align and balance muscles and joints to move from a stable base.
This will be particularly beneficial for those with knee issues such as meniscus tear, bowed legs or knocked knees, osteoarthritis in hips knees and ankles.
Attendance in the full 3 weeks is encouraged, but not required.
Pre-requisites: Recommended previous experience in Iyengar Yoga or completion of our Beginner's course.
