Sleep is as important to our health as eating, drinking and breathing. It allows our bodies to repair themselves and our brains to consolidate our memories and process information. For some of us, sleep can be amazingly difficult and elusive. In the workshop, participants will learn a short sequence of calming yoga poses to promote restful sleep. Additionally, they’ll explore strategies for supporting healthy sleep and managing challenges when sleep doesn’t go well.
