Join us via LIVESTREAM. Students should be well-versed in Level 1 poses as these are refined. Intermediate poses are introduced including headstand, handstand, and next level backbends, twists and seated twists and forward extensions.
Appropriate for students who have solid shoulder stand experience or permission of the teacher.
PROPS: mat, blocks, yoga strap, bolster, yoga chair, blankets and a dedicated wall space.
