Pre-requisite - Minimum 1 year consistent practice of Iyengar Yoga.  Attendees should have a clear understanding of basic actions in foundational poses.  The following props will be used: mat, 2 blocks, belt, wall support, slanting plank (if you have) and bolster.  

Join me, ONLINE for a 2 workshop, I'll share stories and teachings from my annual visit and study at the at the Iyengar Yoga Institute in Pune/India

This class will be taught "Pune" style - which includes exploration, inquiry and a lot of fun!  We will explore innovative use of props, sequencing and modifications of classic asanas.  Includes asana class, followed by slideshow, stories from India.
