Join Online or In-Person!  In this three week mini-series of classes, students will learn a restorative yoga sequence developed by BKS Iyengar.  This sequence of poses is tailored to bring about total relaxation of body and mind, calming an anxious mind, and cultivate positive sense of well being.  Modifications and alternatives will be offered.  

ONLINE students -  should be confident with props set ups and practice of supported dog pose, chair shoulderstand and have the following  required props; bolster, blocks, yoga chair, dedicated wall space, strap.  

Participants can sign up for all 3 classes or drop in as suited for your schedule.
