It's Gardening Season!  Join us for a three week mini-series focused on Low Back Health.  Explore how to release tension and create freedom in your lower back.  Students will learn poses and how to practice with props to optimize spinal health.  

Participants can join for the full series of three or drop-in if space is available.  You will get the most benefit by joining for the full series.  

ONLINE Students:  Should have familiarity with use of props and foundational Iyengar poses. The following props are required: mat, bolster, yoga chair, blocks, strap and dedicated wall space.
