Join me for a WATCH PARTY at AHA! Abhijata Iyengar will be giving a free talk over Zoom about why to have and to attend conventions. The time of her talk is yet TBD. 

She will be coming to the U.S. for an Iyengar Convention May 22-27, 2026. Ticket sales will commence soon after Abhijata's talk. The Convention 2026 will take place in Philadelphia, PA, prerequisite is one year of Iyengar yoga experience.  

This is great motivation to continue attending class, to continue practicing and would be an incredible experience for members of the AHA Community!
