Participants will learn how to alleviate discomfort, release unwanted tension and develop healthy actions that facilitate ease in the neck/shoulders, improve postural alignment, quieten the mind and nerves and lead to a feeling of freedom in the chest.
Enrollment in full series encouraged, but not required. You will get the most benefit attending the 4-week series, drop in's allowed if space permitted.
