Yoga for the Pelvic Floor Workshop – Part 2
Prerequisite: Completion of Part 1 – Intro to Pelvic Floor and/or Intro/Anatomy class
This workshop builds on the foundational understanding introduced in Part 1. Participants will explore how standing and seated poses—supported by breath awareness and props—can help relax, restore and tone the pelvic floor muscles. These subtle and often overlooked muscles play a vital role in stability and overall well-being.
The session includes key actions to balance and align the pelvic floor. Participants learn how to practice that is tailored to support pelvic floor health. Participants will receive handouts for a short home sequence to continue their practice.
