This progressive 6 week series builds a solid foundation and introduces the basic postures and actions of Iyengar yoga. For those new to Iyengar yoga or yoga in general, or those returning after a long break. A great class to build confidence and to develop a home practice. 

Designed for students that prefer an actively paced, energizing class.  

Looking for a slower/moderate paced class? Try out our Friday Level 1 classes for 50+.
