For Beginner's and Continuing Beginner's. Whether you are starting new, or building up from another series, this class is for you! Actively paced and progressive series builds up and deepens your foundation. Participants will learn foundational standing and seated poses, introductory inversions and basic use of props.
For those new to Iyengar yoga or yoga in general, or those returning after a long break. A great class to build confidence, stamina and flexibility. Designed for students that prefer an actively paced, energizing class.
