PRE-REQUISITES:  Students should have been practicing Iyengar yoga for minimum 6 months and have a. regular practice of inversions or their alternatives before joining the class.  If you have questions or not sure, please email [email protected] before enrolling.  

Pranayama is one of the 8 limbs of yoga. Prana is translated as breath, energy and life force. Cultivating awareness and refining the breath can lead to a positive presence to the rest of our day - from how we approach our work, daily tasks and how we relate to ourselves and others.
 
Students are introduced to basic pranayama practices through Ujaii breath, Viloma I & II and Brahmari.  
 Enrollment is for Full Series ONLY.  No drop-ins permitted.  Recordings will be accessible for those unable to attend at scheduled times.
