Join me for a deeper dive in these once monthly "Iyengar Learning Lab."  These 2  workshops allow you to take a deeper dive in your practice to explore and refine your understanding of various poses.  A great opportunity to experiment, build community, have fun and practice together.  

In-Depth Studies Program participants are automatically enrolled in Learning Labs from Jan-June 2025.  In person/At studio is encouraged, for those unable to attend in studio, due to distance or inclement weather, livestream will be an option.
