Start your NEW YEAR with YOGA! This is a moderate paced class appropriate for active students wanting to get started with a yoga practice.
This progressive, multi-week series designed for beginners and continuing beginners, those new to Iyengar Yoga, or those wanting to reinforce their foundation. Build their strength, flexibility and stamina by developing confidence with basic standing, seated and twisting poses. Excellent for stiff bodies to mobilize and create flexibility, and for overly flexible bodies to build strength.
Enrollment is for full series and you will get the most benefit attending the series. Not able to attend all sessions? Participants can make up one missed class by attending another Level 1 class on our schedule.
