This progressive 4-week series builds a solid foundation and introduces the basic postures and actions taught in AHA's Level 1 classes (Moderate Paced) - for those new to Iyengar yoga or yoga in general, or those returning after a long break.
Designed for students with stiff or older bodies that work best with more warm up and prefer to move at a moderate or slower pace.
