This progressive 6-week series builds a solid foundation and introduces the basic postures and actions taught in AHA's Level 1 classes - for those new to Iyengar yoga or yoga in general, or those returning after a long break. Designed for students that prefer an actively paced, energizing class. Build strength, stamina and flexibility.
