This progressive 6 week series builds a solid foundation and introduces the basic postures and actions of Iyengar yoga. For those new to Iyengar yoga or yoga in general, or those returning after a long break. A great class to build confidence and to develop a home practice.
Designed for students that prefer an actively paced, energizing class. NEW students strongly encouraged to enroll for full series. Ongoing students can use existing passes to attend as available.
